Mission
Mission
Originally from Albania, a Fulbright alumna with a master’s degree in political science and international affairs from New York University (NYU), my journey has taken me from election observation abroad to human rights advocacy and service on the Chelsea Human Rights Committee, always rooted in a belief in fairness and dignity.
This campaign is about honesty, social justice, and opening the doors of decision-making to everyone. It’s about saying no to projects that hurt our community, like the proposed fish and meat processing plant at 100 Justin Drive, and yes to protecting public health, standing up for working families, and making local government transparent and accountable.
In District 8, the work is already underway: building relationships with neighbors, pushing back against harmful development, improving air and water quality, and creating safer, healthier streets for all residents.
Every voice matters, and every decision should reflect the wishes of the community.

With a strong background in political science, over a decade of work in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and a wealth of experience observing elections internationally with the Organization for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), I bring a strong sense of fairness and transparency. But more than that, I bring a heart that cares deeply for this city and its people. I want Chelsea’s government to work for all of us, to protect our neighborhoods, to create good jobs, and to build a community where respect and opportunity are for everyone.

Every time I go door-to-door in our district, I’m reminded just how incredible the community is. The kindness, warmth, and openness I encounter from neighbors sharing their stories and hopes for Chelsea truly inspire me. It’s a privilege to meet so many amazing people, and these moments make me even more determined to fight for a future we all believe in.
I want to be a representative who listens deeply and works hard for everyone here, focusing on real progress that lifts all parts of our city. Thank you to everyone who’s welcomed me in!
I am humbled by the support I have already received, and I am ready to serve with honesty, humility, and dedication. Together, we can build a future for District 8, and all of Chelsea, where every one of us belongs and every voice is valued.
